Privacy policy

We collect only what your order needs. No tracking, no advertising cookies, and nothing sold or shared for marketing. Version of August 5, 2026.

Who controls your data

Animouf LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected].

What data we process

  • Order details: name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We process them to perform the contract with you. The phone number is needed because several carriers will not deliver without one.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your full card number or your credentials.
  • Cancellations: what you enter in the cancellation form, used to process the cancellation and to keep proof that you sent it.
  • Emails you send us: the message and the sender address, so we can reply.
  • Server logs: our host records accesses for technical reasons. We rely on our legitimate interest in running the site securely.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything that counts as sensitive personal information: no government ID numbers, no health data, no precise location, no biometrics.

We do not sell or share your data

We have never sold personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles. That is why you will not find a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on this site: there is nothing behind it to switch off. If that ever changed, this page would change first, and the choice would be offered before anything moved.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. There are no tracking pixels and no profiling. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser and leaves your device only when you click through to checkout. No third party can read it.

Fonts are served from our own server too, so opening a page makes no connection to Google Fonts or any other outside provider.

Who receives your data

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery)
  • Resend (sending the acknowledgement when you cancel an order)
  • Our shipping partner, which needs your name and delivery address to get the parcel to you

These providers act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes. Some of them process data outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where that transfer concerns data from the United Kingdom or the European Union, it rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, or on the fact that the transfer is necessary to perform your contract.

How long we keep it

We keep order and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Emails not attached to an order are deleted once the matter is settled.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. One email to [email protected] is enough, we reply within a month, and we will not treat you any differently for asking. We may need to keep records of a completed order for as long as tax rules require, and we will say so if that applies.

  • United States: residents of California and of the other states with a consumer privacy law have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. We honour those requests from anyone who asks, in any state, without checking whether the law obliges us to.
  • United Kingdom: you also have the rights to restriction, portability and objection under the UK GDPR, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
  • European Union: the same rights apply under the GDPR, and you can complain to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.

Children

This store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we have no reason to: nothing here is directed at them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
