Our 30-day returns policy

We give you 30 days from delivery, wherever you are. If your pet does not take to the mat, or the product does not convince you, write to us within that period and we refund the full purchase price. This is a policy we offer voluntarily, not a legal entitlement, and it takes nothing away from any statutory rights you may have, including the UK right to cancel set out below.

In the United States there is no statutory right to cancel an online order. The FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to sales made at your door or away from a seller's usual place of business, not to a website. So the 30 days above are ours, and they are the only ones you need to keep track of.

Statutory right to cancel (United Kingdom)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you take possession of the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision:

by a clear statement, for example an email, or by using our cancellation form. You may use the model form set out below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you tell us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired. We cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How a return works

• 1. Tell us: use the cancellation form or send an email to [email protected] with your order number. We send you the return shipping instructions.
• 2. Send it back: return postage is free for you.
• 3. Refund: once the goods reach us we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the credit shows up after 5 to 10 business days.

Condition of returned items

Examining it the way you would in a shop is entirely fine: you can open the packaging, handle the mat and offer it to your pet. Only if it comes back in a state that clearly goes beyond that check can we account for a reduction in value. If you are unsure, write to us first and we will sort it out.
